Who sells to real estate agents, and what they keep
Lenders, title companies, inspectors, photographers, stagers, software makers and printers all work alongside agents and sell to them; this list is for those businesses. An agent looking for buyers or sellers needs a different list.
Which rows matter depends on whether you want individual agents or their offices. If you build agent lists for clients, lead lists for a client covers the delivery.
| You sell | Keep |
|---|---|
| Mortgage lending | Agents with their own website and email |
| Title and escrow | Offices and agencies |
| Home inspection | Most reviewed first |
| Listing photos, video and floor plans | Agents with an Instagram or YouTube link |
| Home staging | Independent agents and small teams |
| Real estate software | Independents and teams with a site of their own |
| Signs and print | Offices |
Collecting agents and offices across a city
Ask for more agents than one Maps search shows, and chat widens the search on its own. One message covers the agents and the offices.
Step 1: Ask for agents with a number
In the side panel's Chat tab, type "Find 200 real estate agents in Miami, FL with emails". Giving the number skips the question about how many.
Step 2: Let it widen the search
Two hundred is more than one Maps search lists. Once the first search runs out, chat repeats it at points around the first results until it reaches 200 or stops finding new names.
Step 3: Check the reply's contact count
The reply says how many agents and offices were collected, and how many of their websites gave contact details.
Step 4: Open the list
History keeps the list; View results opens it on the results page, where the rest of this page's steps happen.
The emails come from the page each listing links to, following the steps the email extractor page describes. An agent whose listing links only to a profile on a property site may show no email, because the cell holds only what that page shows.
Agents, teams and offices: what a Maps search lists
A Maps listing can be one agent, a team, or a brokerage's office, and a search for agents brings back all three. The Category column and the name tell them apart.
Listings use categories such as Real estate agent, Real estate agency, Real estate consultant and Commercial real estate agency. Ask chat "count by Category" to see the mix in your list.
The name carries the rest. An agent's listing can name the brokerage too, such as "Jane Doe, Example Realty", while an office's name is usually the brokerage and its location.
- "Only rows where Category contains agency" keeps the offices.
- "Only rows where Category does not contain agency" keeps individual agents and teams.
- "Only rows where Business Name contains Team" finds the teams.
Brokerage agents versus independents
The Website column is the clearest way to split the list. An agent at a large brokerage often lists a profile page on the brokerage's site, while an independent lists a domain of their own.
| The Website is | How to spot it | What the row gives you |
|---|---|---|
| A page on a brokerage's site | The same domain on many rows | The agent's own Maps phone; contact details read once for the whole site |
| The agent's own site | A domain that appears once | The emails and social links that site shows |
| A social profile | An Instagram or Facebook address in the Website cell | That link in its own column, with no email read |
| Empty | No Website at all | The Maps phone only |
To see which domains repeat, sort the list by Website on the results page: the rows on one brokerage's site sit together.
Then split it with filters. "Only rows where Website contains" and the brokerage's domain keeps its agents, and "does not contain" keeps the rest. "Only rows where Website is empty" finds agents with no site, a starting point for a web design pitch.
Personal or work addresses: what agents' emails show
An agent's email can sit at their own domain, at the brokerage's domain, or at a free email address. The Emails cell shows whichever the agent's website publishes, and sometimes more than one.
To sort them, filter the Emails column. "Emails contains" and a brokerage's domain finds its agents' work addresses, and the domain of a free email service, such as yahoo.com or outlook.com, finds personal ones.
Many agents work under their own name, so a personal address is still a working one. The rules on emailing a person can differ from those for a company, as the note at the end of this page says.
What a real estate agent list looks like
| Business Name | Category | Website | Phone | Emails |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Marisol Vega, Coral Key Realty | Real estate agent | coralkeyrealty.example/agents/mvega | (305) 555-0137 | [email protected] |
| Coral Key Realty, Bayfront office | Real estate agency | coralkeyrealty.example | (305) 555-0100 | [email protected] |
| Dana Whitlock Homes | Real estate agent | danawhitlock.example | (786) 555-0162 | [email protected] |
| The Palmetto Team | Real estate agent | empty | (786) 555-0119 | empty |
The first two rows show the same email because both link to the same brokerage site, which is read once. If an agent has an email of their own, the list won't show it, but it does show the phone on the agent's own listing.
A bought agent list versus one you build
A bought list comes from its seller's sources. A list you build holds the agents and offices with a Maps listing, with what their own websites publish on the day you run it.
| Compared | Built from Maps | Bought |
|---|---|---|
| Who's listed | Agents, teams and offices with a Maps listing | Depends on the seller |
| Whose address it is | The one each website publishes | Depends on the seller |
| Current as of | The day of your run | Whenever the seller last updated it |
| Cost | Free | Paid, per contact or per list |
Note: Emailing a person can carry different rules from emailing a company: read them for where you and the agents are.
Questions people ask
How do I find real estate agents' emails?
Look on the agent's own website, or on their page on the brokerage's site. Maps Scraper Pro reads the page each listing links to, for every agent in a search; where agents share a brokerage's site, check that the address is really theirs.
Do real estate agents use free email addresses?
Some do, and others use their brokerage's domain or one of their own. Filter the Emails column by domain to see which is which in your list.
Can I get a list of real estate agents in my area?
Yes. Ask chat for "real estate agents near me", which searches what Maps shows near you, or name the neighbourhood or town to be sure of the area.
Can I build a realtor email list for a whole state, such as Florida?
City by city. Up to 10 searches in one conversation combine into one table with a Location column; for more cities, give Bulk their search links.
Is there a free real estate agent email list?
You can build one free and download it as Excel, CSV or JSON. There's no PDF download, but a spreadsheet app can save the Excel file as one.
