Maps Scraper Pro is a product of Thinksolv Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). Our website address is https://mapsscraper.pro. This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you use our browser extension, website and related services, and how we use and protect it.

We collect only what we need to run and improve our services:

• Email address: The email address of the account signed in to Chrome, when Chrome shares it, or the one you give us. We use it to identify your account and to reply to you.
• Usage information: How you use the extension: when you collect a list, download one, finish a Bulk run or send a chat message, with the address of the page you're on, counts such as how many rows, and a random id for this install. This helps us keep the extension working and improve it.
• Chat messages: What you type in the extension's chat, so we can reply. Messages are processed by our servers and a third-party AI service.
• Feedback and support: What you send us when you rate a chat reply or contact us, such as your message, any files you attach, and your chat conversation if you choose to include it.
• Technical data: Your browser, operating system and extension version, for compatibility and troubleshooting.

The businesses you collect stay in your browser. We don't receive them unless you choose to send them, for example by exporting a list to Sheets or attaching a downloaded list to a support request.

• Providing the service: To run the extension's features, including chat, and to apply fair-use limits.
• Improving the product: To understand which features are used and fix problems.
• Support: To answer your questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Service messages: To tell you about important changes to our services or these terms. We don't send marketing emails without your consent.

If you export a list to Sheets, the extension asks the account signed in to Chrome for permission to create spreadsheet files. It can access only the files it creates, not your other files, and we use this access only to create and fill in the sheets you export.

The information the extension receives through that account is used only for that export. It isn't used for advertising, and it isn't sold or shared with anyone else.

• Access to websites: To read the Maps search you're on, and each business's own website for its contact details.
• Tabs and side panel: To show the extension next to the page and work with the tabs it collects from.
• Storage: To keep your settings and your lists in your browser.
• Email address: To read the email address of the account signed in to Chrome.
• Sheets: Asked for the first time you export to Sheets: to create spreadsheet files in the account signed in to Chrome, and to see only the files it created.
• Notifications: Asked for only if you turn on Notify me when a collection finishes.

• Encryption: Data sent between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit.
• Access control: Only authorized people who need it for their work can access account data.
• Trusted providers: Our services run on established cloud infrastructure.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers: Companies that host our services, process chat messages, provide analytics or send email for us. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
• With your consent: When you choose to send something, such as a list exported to Sheets or a file attached to a support request.
• For legal reasons: If required by law, regulation or valid legal process.
• In a business transfer: If we're involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We'll tell you before this happens.

Our website has no analytics or advertising, and sets no cookies of its own. The support form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it.

You can:

• Access your personal data by asking us for a copy.
• Correct your information by contacting us.
• Delete the information we hold about you by contacting us. There's no account to delete; we remove what we have, such as support messages and chat history, promptly.
• Opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services and for the purposes in this policy. There's no account to delete; when you ask us to remove the information we hold about you, such as support messages and chat history, we do so within 30 days.

Maps Scraper Pro isn't intended for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has given us personal data, we'll delete it promptly.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on our website before they take effect. Our terms of service cover the rest of how the extension may be used.
