Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Thinksolv Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our") for the Maps Scraper Pro Chrome extension, the website at mapsscraper.pro, and the services behind them, such as chat. By installing the extension or using the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't install or use Maps Scraper Pro.

Maps Scraper Pro is a Chrome extension that collects the businesses a Maps search lists and turns them into a table you can download. It works in your own browser, on the searches you can see. Today it includes:

• Collecting the businesses in a Maps search, with the details Maps shows for each.
• Contact details (emails, phone numbers and social links) from each business's own website.
• Bulk runs over many Maps searches.
• A chat that works out which businesses to collect from what you type.
• History, a results page for sorting and filtering a list, and downloads as Excel, CSV and JSON.

Maps Scraper Pro is free to install and use, with every feature included. You don't create an account or a password; the extension works as soon as it's installed. Chat and some features use our servers and have fair-use limits so they stay available to everyone.

If we introduce paid features in future, we'll say so on the website and in the extension before anything is charged, and we'll update these terms. Nothing is charged today.

You're responsible for how you use Maps Scraper Pro and the data you collect with it. In particular:

• Collect data only from pages you're allowed to view, and use it only in ways the law and the website's own terms allow.
• Take care with personal data. Collecting names, emails or phone numbers can be regulated where you are or where the people live; make sure you have a lawful basis before you collect or use them.
• Don't use the extension to get around a login, a paywall, a verification step or another measure a website uses to control access. The extension never completes a verification for you.
• Don't use it to overload a website, to break into anything, or for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the extension or its code, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.

The data you collect belongs to you, or to the website and people it came from; we claim no rights in it. It's saved in your browser until you download it. We don't receive it unless you choose to send it to us, for example by attaching a downloaded list to a support request. Our privacy policy describes what we do receive, such as the messages you type in chat.

The chat feature sends what you type to our servers, and we use a third-party AI service to work out what to collect. Replies can be wrong; check what the extension collected before you rely on it.

Maps Scraper Pro, the website, the brand and the code are owned by Thinksolv Technologies Pvt Ltd. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and use the extension under these terms. The Chrome Web Store's own terms also apply to installing extensions from it.

• We can change, add or remove features at any time.
• Maps and the websites the extension reads change too. A search that worked yesterday can stop working today, and we don't promise that any particular site keeps working.
• The extension and our services are provided as they are, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Support is by email through the Contact founder page. We reply ourselves, usually within one working day, but we don't promise a response time.

You can stop using Maps Scraper Pro at any time by removing the extension from Chrome. Your downloads stay with you. We can stop providing the service, or stop providing it to you, if you break these terms or if we discontinue the product; where we can, we'll give notice on the website first.

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• Maps Scraper Pro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue or business, arising from your use of the extension or the website.
• Because the extension is free, our total liability for any claim connected to it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred Indian rupees.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we'll show a notice on the website and change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Maps Scraper Pro after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes connected to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent needed, and the rest stays in force.
